As usual, I'm impressed by your BaCC skills, all those new families and community lots, so exciting!
About Pescado's LTW mod, I removed that too. It basically made everyone in the family have the same LTW, and I'm pretty sure that's what caused my teens to not roll the First Kiss want anymore, among other suspected side effects. I tried Squinge's any LTW for any aspiration next, but that didn't turn out to be so nice either. In the end, the original LTW system is still better than any mod I know of :/ I'm now avoiding any mod that has to do with wants, as it's such a complex architecture of triggers and want types, better not mess with it at all. (Actually I'm giving another try to Squinge's added uni career LTW's, supposedly it only enables those careers to be the subject of a LTW like any "top x career". Hopefully, it doesn't come with hidden features too.)
About Brittany (nice make-over, btw!), katrisims said it all. I'm actually happy with having the fix for my future 21&25 faces. The sims already affected just suffer from a rare genetic disease that is not lethal and has been eradicated, although it's incurable for them (in my game anyway^^).
(PS: You should totally plaster big fat "MV"'s everywhere in town, I know I would XD I mean, Mesa Vista citizens can be nothing but proud of their community!)
