I just removed those outfits completely, because I don't play historical hoods and I'm always trying to reduce the size of my Downloads folder (old computer).
But I guess you could just change the categories using the Wardrobe Wrangler like you do for regular CC. With the sims2pack clean installer, you'll find the name of the outfit easily, thanks to the preview (the previews don't work for the Store outfits in the Wardrobe Wrangler, for me anyway).
By the way, if you remove only a few colours with those store items, beware that these do not work like regular CC with one mesh+recolors, all in different packages. When removing some of mine, I realised the outfit will for instance come in three colours, well the largest package of the three also contains the mesh or something, because it's required for the other two to show at all. Make a back up, I mean, even before changing the categories with the WW :)
