Maybe it's time to change her aspiration...the cheat free way of course. But if she's not acting like a Family sim, maybe she's just not meant to be one.
And poor birdie. :( I got one for one of my families that really wanted one (and kept autonomously having more babies, grr)And they constantly left the cage door open and made me have a mini-heart attack that it'd run away. But hey, talking to it builds charisma, so that helped with the little rugrats running around (five in total, which wouldn't have been so bad except that I had built them this really pretty house that took up all their money, so I was having to budget everything...including beds for the all the unplanned childern.)
